Bentwaters Bluebook entry

I was browsing the Bluebook archive the other day, whilst looking for the the 1956 Bentwaters/Lakenheath reports and came across another entry of a sighting for Bentwaters dated Dec.22 1960. I don't remember seeing this before and wondered if anyone else had come across this and/or had any more info?
