The audio tape would clear up alot of things and yes it did get sent to Germany and yes i know that for a fact. It would also put the lighthouse therory to bed.

Hi JB...was it usual procedure to record all LE/SP voice comms at the CSC, just in case they might be needed as evidence at some point? If it was usual procedure, was it also usual procedure to send those tapes to Germany, to some central location for storage?

Question: If this was not normal procedure, then why did the CSC record the RFI transmissions and how did they know when to start recording and when to stop? Also, if they were able to record then recording kit must have been installed at the CSC - and if that was necessary, then recording transmissions was probably a common occurrence and if it was common occurence then it would have made sense for it to be normal procedure and part of the daily routine, with associated logs to identify each tape, giving DTG, details of duty flight, recording started at; recording finished at...etc etc.

Halt had it recorded at the Command post. They could record all radio traffic and he made sure that it was being recorded.

Halt has stated he has a copy but would never realease it. It was also stated he was keeping it for insurance. I beleive he has been droping clues for several years because he can't come out and say what he knows. Also please everybody do not read anything into this other than someone stated that in Georgina B book she stated Col Wikkiams talked about time travel is that true was that printed? Also I will be on the move tommorow so I will be off the computer untell next weekend I my get to check in once or twice but not on a regular basis....

Hi JB,
Yes Colonel Williams did talk about time travel but it was a general speculation to a question about space travel and not specifically about the Rendlesham case.

Cheers

Hi JB/LW,
Do either of you guys happen to know if a 'minimize' was imposed at any time during the RFI?

Hi Larry

No worries. It's a comms term so probably not used by LE/SP.

Some of us are hoping to meet up this Sunday - at around 1130 ish at a pub (see the thread for details) then take a look at the BCWM....would you be able to make it?
