UFO'S over army camp

Postby Observer » Wed Jun 25, 2008 12:39 pm

Sun today, 25th, headlines on front page, UFO's seen by scores of soldiers over their barracks. UFO's were flying in zig zag patterns and very fast.

One witness said: “They were zig-zagging, but I filmed two before they disappeared. They were like rotating cubes with multiple colours."
Another said: "There were about 30 lights passing over for a few minutes, very high but not at a great speed. They were bright red. Another soldier saw them too.”

Why do the words "Chinese" "fire" and "balloon" spring to mind?

Coincidentally, we know the Cardiff sighting was of such a balloon (although The Sun doesn't seem to have heard about it yet) and the Bromsgrove footage looks exactly like other footage of such balloons. When will the penny drop with news editors about these things?

Ian. I totally agree.
Its worth noting that the centre for UFO information in Seattle Washington State has said that 97% of UFO sightings [probably round the world] are helium filled party balloons. They whent on to say that depending on the envelope colour which can vary enormously including chrome finishes leads to some of the lights in the sky reports. Red/yellow lights was refections from a low sun reflecting off the balloon.
Its not worth continuing this thread.
