Posted on my forum today...... thought some of you might find it interesting.

Amongst the recently released MoD documents are records whichclearly demonstrate the circumstances under which the MoDreleased the Rendlesham Forest documents.Shortly after their release, Georgina Bruni and Nick Pope claimed the credit for their release was due to the efforts of Georgina and Lord Admiral Hill-Norton. Sadly, I predict that Nick Pope will not give the same applause to Dave Clarke as he erroneously did to Bruni and Hill-Norton inspite of the demonstrated facts. It would be uncharacteristic of him to let facts spoil a good story, or give credit where it is due.

Because he worked for the MoD and now makes money from the ufo subject. He used to not say very much too because of him signing the OSA but as time's gone on I think he's changed quite a bit. I used to take the micky although I always liked him as a person now I think he's actually very useful to the topic. He's helped me loads by giving me tips etc when trying to get info from FOI requests or now from the national archives and one on one he's pretty forthcoming now. Everyone's suspicious of him still because he has friends at the MoD.... that's usually the reason but I can't speak for everyone of course.
