General discussion about the Rendlesham forest incident

Postby Pluton » Sat Feb 17, 2007 11:19 pm

A lot of these ideas and science behind the Rendlesham case are explored in great detail in Andrew Pike's book (The Rendlesham File) published about 2 years ago but now sadly out of print.

Anyway if you can get a copy of that it is based on the actual scientific investigation at the time by UK scientists (Andrew was one of them) and deals with holography, black budget science, anti-gravity, etc (there's a chapter or more on each subject) and much more.

It also covers the errors in Halt's memo on radiation readings and all the disinformation behind the scenes at the time. None of this appears in any other Rendlesham book.

Unfortunetely like the fears of the author of this article posted here, he and his colleagues were branded debunkers despite much of what they says SUPPORTS the ufologists' claims over the years. Such is human stupidity I guess!! Hence the reason the book was not reprinted!!

Nevertheless it is the definitive guide to the science behind Rendlesham whatever ufologist may say and I found it a real, refreshing eye opener! It got two very positive reviews on Amazon and as one of them said, the book really should have been a runaway bestseller.

De bunkers

Hi Pluton

I have posted many theories and ideas on this forum over the last year, Some were UFO based and some were man made scenarios. I always ran the risk if it was a man made scenario of being lambasted by the UFO believers, even though i am a believer.

My policy was and still is to keep an open mind to what happened at Rendlesham Forest.
I used to live in the area and i had many USAF friends from both bases.

I have been conducting my own enquiries as i'm sure many members have on this forum for nearly a year (its a pity we have so many 'dormant' members).

Andrew Pike's book seems a good read and suggests that man made science is behind the incident.
Tim Mathews book, UFO Revelations, forwarded by "I no longer believe anything of significance happened at Rendlesham Forest" Randles goes to great length to de bunk the UFO idea saying it was man made science.
He has upset quite a few UFO believers and apparently won't talk about his ideas with any body. So i'm told.

I am very slowly piecing together a scenario from talking to my old friends who are now retired from the USAF and which i might add have never talked before. They all asked to remain anonynous.

Hello Observer

I tend to look in on this site quite a lot, but as you say there seems to be a few dormant members.

I don't post a great deal of messages myself, although I am on a few UFO related forums. I suppose it is due to there always being some idiot who is out to spoil things with bitchy comments. For example I asked a civil question on one site and got a load of bitchiness back (think his name was shadow or something, pity he didn't live up to his name and stay in the dark!) Not a nice person. I don't comment on that forum any longer, puts me off. Maybe that has something to do with dormant members? I don't mind opinion and fair comment but there is no call for the bitching which I find off putting in ufology.
I did hesitate about posting here because of it, but felt I should make a comment as I feel science is certainly the answer to Rendlesham.

From what I have seen, I suspect that is why so few serious scientific comment appears on UFOs, it seems to be an ideal way for those individuals to attack and I suspecxt most don't have two science O levels (or whatever they call them now) to rub together.

I'm not a fan of Jenny Randles. I don't find her constant debunking any help and yet she seems to claim she is open minded and an 'investigator'. I don't see how Rendlesham can be lighthouses and stars as she claims now, and if she thinks stars will fool USAF trained observers then I think that is an insult to those men!

What science?

Hi Pluton

I aggree with most of what you say, I would like to think that this forum offers serious debate on whatever theory some body posts.

I am pretty sure that 'Admin' would have some thing to say if the language got offensive or started to slag off peoples posts.

My own theory which i have to admit is quite new but has come about from months of investigation is that this whole incident revolves round NASA.

Hi Everyone

I agree that the forum offers a place for serious debate, I have been party to this over the last year. I've recently not been contributing to the forum for my own reasons nothing to do with bitchiness - I'm sure Admin would intervene. One of my reasons is stagnation, I have reached a position where I cannot move further forward with this incident. There are tantalising clues all over the Rendlesham Incident Site and forum and they are a great places of reference. However the one thing that is clear about this incident is that the virgin information now needed to move on is missing. It has been taken away from us and I suspect has been replaced with spoils by the disinformation experts whoever they are. Be sure a group of people out there no the truth and I wouldnt be surprised if every now and again look in on the forum.

One thing I am clear on we stand a better chance of cracking this incident working together rather than unilateraly.

Regards
