From reading the main page threads about the Canadian doc. Best Evidence, they put as number one, the RB-47 UFO Incident with the Iranian UFO dog fight as second.

Unless i have not been paying attention, these two incidents do not ring my bells. They certainly have not attracted the attention that Roswell or Rendlesham have which are much higher profile.

Can you put more light on these two incidents?

Iranian Dog fight has been very well publicised approx. for several years.
(Been in one or two of Timothy Good's Books.)

A Phantom was sent up to investigate a radar report and each time it got near to the object all the electrical gear on the Phantom was switched off!

This happened at least twice to the Phantom. Electrical control was restored when it dropped away to a certain distance from the object.

It was apparently tracked out of Iranian airspace over the East and heading towards the Western Mediterranean by several countries where it was last tracked over Portuguese Airspace and then disappeared.

Vertically presumably!
