Jim and I are working on a time line of events as I type which we did promise and we will produce in December! We are planing on siting down with Admin while were there and answering any question that are given to us and give her a copy of our timeline to post! Were also willing to lead anybody who shows up on the 28th of December out into the woods where we had our encounter and talk about it!

As John Burroughs and Jim Penniston will soon be returning to England, I think it is a sensible time to start gathering questions for them to answer on the 28th December. I would of course like to put the questions to John and Jim myself, but I cannot guarantee that I will be available. If not, I am sure someone else would be willing to ask the questions and record the answers - we can work this out nearer the time.

I will check the thread regularly and add the questions you post to the list below. Keep them sensible please. Excessively long or daft questions will not make the list!

In Sky Crash [speaking with Brenda Butler], how did you sense that if there was anything in there that the beings could be robots - was that a visual or perhaps mental perception? - ncf1 (Rob)

Skeptics doubt your story because they say it doesn't match your original witness statements and claim that its been embellished over the last 30 years. Would Jim and John be happy to give their account of what happened that night in the presence of a polygraph lie detector machine? This would put beyond reasonable doubt the validity of your claims and silence any critics out there.

We are regretfully unable to attend the talk on the 28th due to family commitments but have a question for John and Jim. Tonight we have just watched a documentary on the UK Discovery channel about secret Nazi experiments just near the end of the war involving UFO type craft. One incident that was mentioned made us sit up and listen intently. It was mention of an incident that took place in Kecksburg, Pennsylvania on December 5, 1965 and the similarities between it and Rendlesham seem amazing.
A bell shaped craft crashed in the woods at Kecksburg, it had strange writing on it, the military turned up, and there was a huge cover up and the normal disinformation offering explainations not unlike those that have offered for Rendlesham were offered.
Are Jim and John aware of the Kecksburg incident, and do they think there could be a link between it and Rendlesham given the likeness of events?

Can you give a detailed explanation about what happened on the first night as you approached the craft? From your interview on Larry King Live, you were quoted as saying "we all hit the ground, and it went up into the trees." Was the encounter brief and momentary, or did it play out over an extended period of time? Did you observe Penniston touching the craft and taking notes? Can you verify that a craft did take off from the ground and fly away?

Can you give a detailed explanation of your account what happened on the first night as you approached the craft? You have notes that you took, touched the craft, etc. This conflicts with John's report, who, on Larry King Live, said that the encounter was short and brief. Did you have recollection of touching the craft and such immediately after the incident, or was this not until after you underwent hypnosis?

Rather than closed questions why dont you ask them what they saw and how it happened in their own words. Thier witness statements will never agree with subsequent recolisions of the event. This is not a criminal investigation and what they saw probably coinfused them as much as it does us trying to peice what happened 30yrs ago. After thier initial statments they must have thought more about the strange events and filled in some gaps.
Initial statements are important, but how many "cold case" murder cases get solve after 20 yrs? a steady few is the answer.
Please treat these witnesses with respect, they are not on trial and here to tell you what they saw
