The light house

Hi Admin

A good article on the light house and surely now this theory can be laid to rest. It carries no convincing evidence that the light was bright enough even on a clear night to do what the US airmen witnessed.

Unless of course 'Trinity House' are not telling. I'm just joking.
Actually, it may pay us to ask them what type of power/light source was in the light house in 1980 including the reflector system?
I do know that Trinity House have some stats and info on beam travel in different weather conditions.

The Lighthouse Theory

Postby unMutual » Sat Mar 29, 2008 8:23 pm

History Channel, "UFO Hunters", “Military Vs UFOs”, 2008 showed an interview with the lighthouse keeper who indicated the lighthouse was designed to prevent the beam from shining inward toward land. There was likely residual light , but not enough to appear paranormal.

I do not believe that these UFO witnesses got exited for three nights about a lighthouse. As Charles Halt might say, 'Lets put this to rest.'.

Hi unMutual

I think most of us have discounted the light house as the cause of this incident. I do however think that it was possibly seen as a distant 5 second flash by some of the men but this was nothing to do with what happened in the forest. It was a totally seperate thing.
