Not sure the ECHR is recognised by the USA or more to the point its findings when a US citizen is involved.
Which might make witness attendance difficult.

I'll have to agree with Observer on this one, if USAF bases and employees in 1980 fall outside of the ECs jurisdiction, then it's a non starter. I really don't know though??

hi guys,
i think that would be a non starter, as some of the players and the agencys involved
could not be compeld to testify.
however, some form of sworn testamony with peniltys for desception, ie jail time,by all
relivent parties and compeled sworn statements by mod, dod, usaf, nsa, oni, ect
could have a massive impact on the facts of this matter, once and forall.
the guilty parties, im sure will be the first to do a runner!
