Yes, Its Sam Whiley who is a member of our forum and has written some interesting articles. He also runs his own web site with a forum.

Quite a few radar observations of fast moving objects can be explained as meteorites. There are quite a few seen over the north sea on occasions and are often picked up by the RAF's Eastern Radar.
