I gave a talk on the evidence (both Scientific & observational) for the existence of ETIs at a meeting of the NEAS last night (July 20th)
It was gratifyingly well-supported (50+) on a wet, midweek evening and, to my pleasure and surprise, almost all the attendees were open-minded and interested in the presentation....
I'll be repeating this talk at the West of England Astronomy Fair in Sidmouth in August, if any of you are on holiday down there!
