If its not the light house? [What could it have been?]

Postby Observer » Thu Feb 09, 2006 10:06 am

Hi
Has any one got views or thoeries on this incident that does not involve the light house or Police car lights?
Some of the locals are on record as saying that some thing was going on in and arround the twin bases over the Christmas break although nothing specific was mentioned.
Its hard to figure out just what may have been going on considering both bases were pretty much inactive over the Christmas holidays.
Having met some of the locals over the years in pubs etc. They were always saying 'some thing is going on'.

If the locals thought something was going on, where did they think it was going on, and what made them think that way. Why did they think that way. Was it the presence of an heightened presence of the authorities like the Police British/US military, the coastgaurd, local Council. Were there any temporary road closures or works going on near the bases?

Wasnt there a rumour about a Young Offenders Prison put on evacuation standby at the time of the incidents. This could indicate that the authorities new something about what was going on.

What's going on?

Some good points there Schooner,
Perhaps we should be asking the local council, prison service, Police etc for any directives they had during that period. Most info should be available under the freedom of information act?

If and i say if there was an emergency where local authorities were given directives or were told to go onto an emergency standby it would suggest that it involved some thing military that could have been a danger to the local population. Hospitals would have been another body that may well have been informed. If some of this evidence can be collected and correlated, it can either point to a cover up of a military blunder or more sinister, a cover up of a UFO or unexplanable sighting.

Its worth researching what British authorities did when the B47 Stratojet crashed out of Greenham Common carrying an H bomb in the late 50's.

Why would an electrican be escorted under guard to repair runway lights? If they got damaged by natural means, what's the problem?
