Make sure when you are studying those coordinates, to set Google Earth to display 'decimal coordinates' rather than the more confusing degrees/minutes etc. In Google Earth (for windows) I go to Tools/Option --> Show Lat/Long decimal. The numbers are: 520942532N 13131269W - So we can assume the relevance of Woodbridge town is: 52.0942532N 1.3131269W (or it would be a massive coincidence!)
Copy and paste that in Google Earth - then zoom in. In the search bar type in Woodbridge, Suffolk and zoom in. Notice the decimal coordinates for the actual 'place-name' of Woodbridge according to Google Earth coincide exactly with the coordinates in the code. If you use a different mapping software tool and searched for Woodbridge, you would get a slightly different result. The map maker decides where the 'place-name' coordinates go - it isn't a universal constant.
If you want to prove that just type in Woodbridge, Suffolk into a number of different map software; www.bing.com... for example and note the 'place-name' does not sit at 52.0942532N 1.3131269W.
My conclusion is who ever wrote the code used Google Earth to find the decimal coordinates of Woodbridge."

He's just pissed because the binary code has been exposed for what it is.. Hopefully he'll calm down because he seems to be well liked and respected on this forum. He should at least take comfort in the fact it wasn't him who invented it.

If I was him I'd get off that train while I had a bit of credibility left and jump on the Halt bandwagon. I'm sure the results of the next binary code disclosure will conveiniently swing the argument back in their favour though.

Albert Einstein Last time I checked what little I said was talking about what happened while I was in the UK! I have talked about how I found out about the codes and how they ended up on the History channel! What I have been observing on the forum is anger about the codes but also the immature action of many attacking the the conference set up by Gordy! Over the years people have complained nobody has stood up and taken questions! They sneak in and out do there filming and leave. I was there 2 people who are going after me are what I call gutless wonders! They could have come up and talked to me but they didn't. They claim nobody was listened to from the general public but everybody was allowed to talk and ask questions. Several people came up before and after and on the break and talked to me and Linda. Linda took down there information to use and is following up on it and will use some of it! One of the people who is taking cheap shots is working on a documentary for profit! He was never involved in the incident but its OK that he makes money off of it but for the people involved shame on them! Our trip was covered and we were paid a small amount of money while we were there. Which by the way we were working and my bet is the camera crew made more money than we did! Nothing against the camera crew they did a good job! History took the codes which changed how they were going to put the show out on the 28th of Dec based on what there expert said they met! The codes were not sold to them by Jim that I'm aware of and he does hold the rest of them. They only asked to look at a few pages to see if they met anything which there expert claimed they did. Please don't jump on me that there expert is wrong he is there expert not mine! I had no say in how the show was done or how they used the codes or how they came up with the location they did! They did come over with us because they want to do a 2 hour special later on with us going back together for the first time! Again sorry to those who don't like that! As far as what silver top came up with it is what it is! And understand this I was involved in a incident I can't explain! That is my statement I wrote I have been truthful on what I remember and what has come out under Hypnosis! I have been and still am searching for answers! John- thats what we're doing. We don't have a problem with you, its the binary code that is under the spotlight- not you. Why you want to come on here and take the flak for someone elses mistake is beyond me..

RendleSham I have no problem with the codes being under the spotlight! In fact they should! But that's what not totally going on here! The whole incident is being attacked not just the codes. Even the conferences which was set up by Gordy is being taken apart. The codes were announced there but there was so much more to the conference than that. People were allowed to talk about what they knew and were not cut off by us. The only time people were cut off was by the people in the audience themselves. Several people came up and talked to me and I took the time to listen to them! Puddle loves to take shots but nobody stopped anybody from talking about what they knew! He jumps up and down about how nobody listened to them what is keeping anybody from following up with what they had to say. Again the codes are just one small piece of the incident you can choose to do what you want with them. But to say your only attacking the codes is not a true statement!!

Hey John (Burroughs),

I am new to this board. I have been aware of this incident since "Strange But True" was shown in the UK and "Unsolved Mysteries" in the 90s but have only recently looked at in more detail. I have heard you speak on podcasts and radio shows as well as TV shows that are now on Youtube. To me you always seem to be the most balanced and credible witness to the incident. The Skeptics seem to be unable to open minded enough to accept anything other than their own little theory and so carry on with the Lighthouse, manure truck, Apollo capsule or whatever it may be. In fact none of their theories really stand up as the lighthouse never caused any trouble before or after did it?

I have always thought you wanted to know what really went on over those couple of nights back in December 1980 and still do. But could you answer the following questions?
