It was a fair amount of time before before it was decided that 'the bolts failed'. I believe that this what happened, the bolts did fail. However the reports of the unusual lights around the turbines must not be discounted as a contributing factor. How often does one hear reports that centre around a specific site such as this with a physical consequence following?
