Environmental Impact Assessment Report on Bentwaters

It occurred to me that if Bentwaters was being sold or is sold back into the private sector then the above kind of reports would have to be produced. If so I thought such a report might give some insights into what is, or what is not present at Bentwaters such as underground facilities.

I found this:http://www.suffolkcoastal.gov.uk/NR/rdonlyres/D6D662E5-6CFA-4AED-8429-55348B2C3CF4/0/App4PhaseIERA.pdf

No revelations I'm afriad, although I might have missed something during 88 pages of pretty dry reading. It has some good maps, modern and hsitorical and diagrams of the site that may be of interest.
