On the night of the sighting, the military personal who touched the craft received a binary code which he then wrote down and kept stupidly under raps for 30 years.
When he came out about the binary code he handed a copy over the a internet programmer who decoded it and found this message inside.

When translated back to binary code is clearly not ,as told by the personal of the military 6 pages long, there had to of been more to the message that is not being revealed.
