If it was a time traveller, she wouldn't have been able to speak on her phone, as there wouldn't be anybody else to talk to. If the clip had shown the woman ( or tranny ), holding the iphone above her head in a " look at me I'm in a Charlie Chaplin film " sort of pose, then I might believe it's possible
