Since Sunday the UN has named a Ambassador for Earth to deal with any Alien Life that may come visiting!Then on Sept 29th New size planet found odds of life 100% says Steven Vogt a professor of Astronomy and Astrophysics! What do you think could the UN be 29 years and 8 months to late?

John, the UN alien ambassador thing was a hoax:

I don't know if it was a hoax, as much as the usual twisting of the facts by the media to get a story. She is attending that conference this week and I would imagine that somebody, somewhere has suggested that Unoosa, would be a logical part of the chain, should we find ourselves in the position of confirming alien life.

It's a shame these really cool discoveries keep getting over shadowed by stupid quotes, when what's really important is the subject itself.
I think this just proves that some scientists would make terrible politicians :D
