Observer and The 67th Pararescue Squadron UAV SPRITE

General discussion about the Rendlesham forest incident

OK, lets suppose the US/UK had some sort of secret weapon or piece of technology that could bring down a Russian spy SAT. Why only once? The Russians launched dozens of spy SATS during the cold war and continued doing this right up and after the cold war ended. So why did they not bring more down.
Russia had spy SATS over Iraq during both gulf wars, but none were brought down.
China had spy SATS in orbit as well, were any of them brought down.

This incident was an accident, not a deliberate act, and all the hush up is because it was very embarrassing to the US Government. It could also jeapardise the USAF existance on British soil then and now, so this is why it has been hushed up with a UFO story as the cover.
As for the light house and the Gemini [Apollo] capsule, i ruled them out ages ago, although i think Halt did see the light house during his walk in the woods and mistook it for a UFO.

I am only interested in the very first statements that you and your pals made on this incident because over time they have been over embellished and exagerated. You know yourself that stories grow and the RFI is a good example of this.
Yes, the 67th Para-rescue special ops sqd were out there, but you must ask them why. You must have much better contacts than me.

I will say it again I beleive if it was some kind of Military operation the 67th would have been involved. Im open to what your friend has to say as far as they might have been involved! I know what Jim Ed and I had happen to us was not a hang glider or the light house. The story from the very beggining was spread as ailien encounter starting in the Pub by a guy named Archer! Then Larry Warren made a statement to CNN that the commander helped repair a ailien ship! MSgt Ball also on CNN said there could have been some kind of life form inside the blue lights! Most everthing else has been people saying what they saw. Penniston from the beggining said it was some kind of craft! From the beggining Jim and I could not explain what we saw happen or how it did what it did! I also beleive Col Halt felt the same way! Listen to him on the tape the way he described what was happening to him. Listen to him on the Coast interview and the way he talked about what happened to him and he even said there goes my career Jim and I felt the same way. What happened to us was real and I do totally understand how Col Halt can say it was ET in nature because what we saw is unexplainable to this day! Was there a cover up afterwards no doubt there was! But maybe just maybe nobody to this day is really sure what happened to us out there and that is what the true cover up is all about!!

Firstly, i was told by some one who was in the 67th that they were out in the forest.
I was also told by another person in the ARRS that all the 67th guys were walking round after the incident with big grins on their faces.
ST, as for proving any thing, i suggest you do your own research because i'm not about to reveal any of my sources, especially when all you ever seem to do is dish out one liners and sit in judgment of others. How about giving us your theory or is that now below your moderator status. Come to think of it, you have never really offered up a theory in all the years you have been a forum member, Strange!

John, I have corresponded with Larry Warren's girl friend [name with held] who was his GF at the base over that period. She said his book was a work of fiction and it was compiled by Peter Robbins from what other people had told LW. She said LW was not out there and we should not get taken in by his rantings.
My friend won't say what happened other than he confirmed it was a military operation involving the 67th and you guys were not supposed to see what went on. So they set up a diversionary operation to make you lot think it was an alien craft. He won't tell me how it was done because he said it was classified. He also said that the 67th were experts at making you look one way while they did stuff behind your backs, and that's all i know except that MTSG Brian Berg was behind the operation.

Thats not the first time that has come out about Warren! Warren himself has come out and said he was telling Bustinza story! They have him on tape saying that! He has spun it by saying he was there but carried on some of Bustinza story to Robbins but in the interview he said it was Bustinza story! Adrian also said the same thing about Warren story! I beleive our governments to this day have no Idea what happened to us out there! When Cnn approached the AF there statement was a incident did happen and they stand by Col Halts memo! A person was sent over to view DeCaro report and they were looking at why proper procedure were not followed durning the incident around the WSA! Halt has spoken about this incident for years mostly with very little passion! This Summer he did a interview for Linda Howe and if you listen to it it was filled with passion to include saying he felt there goes my career! Most of the people at the upper levels have acted that way! Even Williams will talk about the incident just saying they were good men doing there jobs he also stated he would not have let the memo come out because there were things in it we could not defend which could very well mean released to the public not to the British! Halt has said I was called in Penniston and Bustinza have also said they were called in! We were the 3 closest to what ever it was! Lt Buren in a interview with Linda Howe stated only the men in the forrest truley know what happened to them!

John
You are absolutely right, all my American friends who were in the service said Halt did not follow proper procedure and he got in trouble for it. We shall have to wait and see if any more people come forward to give their account, although i fear there will be some band waggon jumping like Roswell which has happened already.

ST, you miss the point entirely, if it wasn't for people such as me, puddle and a few others putting theories forward, this forum would be dead. Some of the theories have been crazy, some have been interesting and some have been very compelling, but all have given people some thing to talk about and debate and have collectivly driven this forum forward. Some of the theories that this forum debated in the past have high lighted new evidence and have helped in painting a bigger picture and our understanding of life in those times at the twin bases.
If you feel that debating a theory has been done to death, then that's your problem not mine.

John, I'm sure none of you understood what you experienced and i know you are a regular guy which i am, but i'm not prepared to accept that it was all down to an alien visit until its proved other wise, and the reasons are, that there has been a load of deliberate disssinformation given out, some of which is so transparent that it was a joke.

This is not to pick a fight but to state facts! Halt was not releived of his command and even at one point became Base commander at Bentwaters! He then moved on to Beligum to take over a front line cruise missle base and was the Base Commander at Kunson AFB which to this day is still at war and there were nukes on alert ready to launch at a moments notice. He finished at the Pentagon working with the inspector general office hardley a men who screwed up or got into trouble! I'm not asking to make you beleive it was ailiens! That like any other therory put forword is just that a therory! Halt has said and I agree what ever was flying around on the 3rd night appeared to be under intelligent control ET in nature because we can not explain how it did what it did! This forum has spent well over a year and a half trying to come up with somthing we or the Russian had that could do what we saw happen and as far as I know there is nothing out there! The greatest thing our Governments fear is not being able to explain somthing that happened and the fact it happened outside a Nato Air Base makes it even worse! Its not the fact that somthing happened its the fact no one can explain how and what it was and then add in the fact there was a Weapons storage area involved! That what was driving Lord Hill Norton crazey and what Chuck DeCaro said at the end of his CNN report! The Air Force stood by Halts memo and still does to this day! We had a encounter with somthing that we and they have no Idea what it was!

ST, that's up to you, i promised not to mention my pals name. I have 2 other ex USAF pals who are also good sources of info and both have asked me not to mention their names because they got hate mail when they questioned the witness statements a few years ago.

John, so where do we go from here. I sincerely believe that this incident was man made.

We must keep open minds as to what happened and that must include the possibility that it was a hoax. Also, if as you say the US and UK Governments are at a loss to know what happened then maybe, just maybe it was carried out by another country, perhaps an enemy country and they fooled us all. Oh dear, i've just come up with another theory.

John, just a follow on from my last post. Halt did get into trouble for not following proper protocols and going off base etc. All he got was a telling off, a slapped wrist as we say over here but it did not affect his career. I never said he got relieved of his command you did.

I have no intention of picking a fight either, but currently we are just going round in circles.
Untill we have some more substancial evidence to follow, its now a waste of time.
I have a couple of new ideas, but on second thoughts i think I will keep them to myself.

Show me the proff that he got even so much as a slap on the wrist! He did nothing wrong and received no punishment what so ever! The statements you are making are very dangerous in the fact that you make them and will not produce any kind of evidence or person to back them up! Why are trying so hard to do this to good men who were just doing there jobs and are troubled to this day on what happened to them??
