I've seen this before, why they put shots of Tornados taking off i don't know, probably 'fillers' JB is standing next to a Saab Draken and in another shot there is the TSR-2, That was RAF Cosford cold war museum.
Notice how Halt describes the object in the woods as about the size of a tank, where as Penniston describes it as a couple of metres high and wide. They did though see the object on different nights individually.
