Men In Black, Do they Exist

In 1956, Al Bender came out with a startling new book, They Knew to much about Flying Saucers. In that book he alleged that 3 men in black clothing came to him and told him to shut down the organization. Were they Air force men as some have suggested or were they CIA or were they Alien enforcers? This is what I know.
